Archi - 1st Floor
Large room with private bath. It is located on the first floor and is caracterized by a barrel vault.It is distinguished by beautiful arches formed into the tuff structure of the house dating back to 1800, from which the room takes the name.
Upon request, you can also ask for an additional bed and/or box/cradle.

Located on the second floor, it is characterized by a wall made of tuff stone blocks from which the room takes the name.

It is the most spacious of the B&B, located on the third floor, near the beautiful roof terrace with panoramic view. It is notable for the wooden beamed ceiling from which the room takes its name.

Important:
In the Breakfast Room you will find a refrigerator to store your personal food and drinks, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine.
You can also use the Breakfast room during the day if you want to use the tables to consume food purchased outside, you will also find supplies available if you need them.
NB: In the winter period or for special needs or at your express request, breakfast could be served at a partner bar through a ticket, however it is always included in the booking.

The room originates from a former stable of the 19th century.
Made entirely out of tuff with a barrel vault, cool in summer and warm in winter, as were characterized the houses of the 17th century in our city.
Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:00 am and includes typical Apulian products such as focaccia, braids, panzerottini and boconotti, without counting warm croissants, typical seasonal pies and packed food such as jam, butter, biscuits, yogurt, cereals and various biscuits.
All will be accompanied, of course at your own discretion, by espresso or American coffee, cappuccino, milk and various tea infusions.
The breakfast, for us, is absolutely one of the most important moments in the life of a B&B.
In our Breakfast Room, in addition, while you'll appreciate our rich offer of typical products, you can ask us any advice about places to visit, on how to get there and where to stop to taste some of our most famous dishes of Puglia .

Panoramic Terrace - Roof
The panoramic roof terrace is equipped with chairs, tables and sunloungers.
Our terrace is your terrace, and is therefore available to all guests, who are free to visit it at any time.
You can even organize a romantic dinner by candlelight!
From here you can admire the great panoramic view of the old town of Monopoli that highlights the superb bell tower of the Romanesque Cathedral of Madonna della Madia, as well as the countless church towers that surround it.
Not to be missed is also the view over the sea with the port of Monopoli in the background.
The latter, home port to many local fishing fleets ready to sail out to the open sea for the daily fishing trips, may only attract your attention.
